We will try an help you experience a fun and delicious side to food, with recipes that don't require you having a professor title in quantum physics. All you need is a bit of motivation or at least some hunger, even if you can't make a sandwich yet be not afraid, though shall be helped here (or at the portuguese version of Dark Cuisine). Currently the Dark Cuisine team consists of the great Dulcineia Dias and my humble self (David Riedel). We hope we can inspire you and help you with small ideas, tip and tricks so that cooking won't seem like a nasty must but as something you can look forward to.
